Terms & Conditions

All of our products at Made by Mannie are individually handmade or hand crafted, they are one of a kind creations and not factory manufactured. As a result products will have subtle variations from one piece to the next, caused by variations in the resin pour as well as the hand crafting. It is impossible to create two identical pieces as the item is made when the resin is in liquid form.

Air bubbles are something that we try to eliminate as much as possible, due to the exothermic reaction that takes place within the hardening process bubbles naturally occur and sometimes cannot be avoided. Pour lines can sometimes be visible within the pieces as we pour in sections to avoid burning the resin and inclusions.
The images, descriptions and measurements you will find on our site have been used to best portray the products we sell. We must advise that although we try our upmost to remain completely honest, the information due to the nature of our products can not be 100% accurate. We will set your flowers in the best way possible to ensure they look amazing. We cannot get large flower in smaller items whole –  we will use petals or remove petals to make each item work to the best of our professional ability.

We advise any flowers that are provided for drying are a fresh as possible and sent to us within 2 days of the event/receiving them. We can dry any flowers but we cannot bring them back to life.

We use Silica gel to dry our flowers, while it doesn’t happen often some flowers do wilt and deteriorate during the drying and setting process. This can be down to a number of factors and not something we can control. Therefore some flowers may loose their colour and/or structure in the process. We cannot return unused flowers so pleased only send us what you want us to use in line with your order.

In general flowers that are cream tend to bruise easier and can sometimes brown slightly this is completely normal. Flowers that are bright pink, purple or red turn extremely dark when dried again this is completely normal but can make some of the fine details harder to see in the resin. Delicate flowers with fine petals also don’t hold their colour as much as sturdy flowers such as roses (eg tulips, sweet peas, orchids), however every flower is completely unique. Most flowers that arrive with is are usually already a few days old and are cut stem bouquets, therefore they will have already started to decay. This can sometimes be visible when we open a flower up to dry. Please note we do not cover costs to replace flowers. Every single flower dries in its own way this is what makes your item so unique.

Any item that is made with a personalised logo and sealed (so the logo or wording cannot be removed) is non returnable. We cannot sell this on as seconds or amend to resell as seconds.

We use 2nd class postage for all our orders this is only covers up to £20 if the item is lost or damaged. If you wish for your items to be posted with full insurance please let me know and we will arrange this for you (at an additional cost).

If you have provided me with your ring size we are unable to change the jewellery if it arrives and it doesn’t fit. It will be down to you to get the ring resized and we will fix any issues with the resin for free if it becomes damaged in resizing.

We like to celebrate the unique nature of each and every single product we sell. As well as the desirability that goes with the knowledge that you are buying a one off, hand crafted item. However if you do have any questions or queries regarding this please feel free to get in touch with us via samantha.Sanderson@outlook.com or via our Facebook Page
