As you have purchased a one-off bespoke item the item is not returnable for a refund. If there is significant damage such as visible cracks, or tackiness of the resin you can apply of refund or replacement via the Facebook page or email address.
All efforts will me made to rectify the issue before the refund or replacement is issued where applicable.
Postage costs are not refundable.
